We reached out to Team Kevin Coady after we got to a dead end with the (flat rate) save on commission company that gave us the worst experience ever. This company had our condo listed for 10 days; many people came in for showings and not a single offer was received. What made it worse – there were no follow-ups, replies, or any help from their side. They basically told us “tough luck and just wait for a buyer”. Then Team Kevin Coady came to the rescue.
